The website
The website and all its components (including but not limited to graphic design, infographics, icons, software used for the website's operation, animations, databases, technical platforms, etc.) are the exclusive property of Kaffeine Technologies, the only entity authorized to use the related intellectual property rights and personality rights, including trademarks, designs, copyrights and image rights, either originally or by virtue of a license or express authorization.
The texts, images, photographs, videos and documents, as well as all works integrated into the site are the property of the Association Enfants de Kanji.
All of these elements constitute intellectual works protected by Articles L.111-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
The use of all or part of this website, including extraction, downloading, reproduction, transmission, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, display, or distribution for purposes other than personal and private use for non-commercial purposes by the user, is strictly prohibited. Violation of these provisions will subject the perpetrator to the penalties provided for by the Intellectual Property Code, particularly with regard to copyright infringement (Articles L.335-3 et seq.) and trademark law (Articles L.716-9 et seq.), as well as by the Civil Code concerning civil liability (Article 9, Articles 1382 et seq.).
Collection and processing of personal information
The following personal data may be collected and processed through this site:
- Browsing statistics. Only general traffic statistics are collected when you browse the site: number of visitors, number of visits, country of origin of visits, type of browser used, among others. This data is collected solely to allow the Association to analyze the traffic to its information pages, in particular to improve their content. Browsing data is not used to identify individuals.
- Contact information is submitted via forms hosted on the website. By submitting a message through a form, you voluntarily agree to provide any personal data that the Association may request in order to process your inquiry. The information collected is used solely to process your request. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose by the Association.
The President, the Editor, and the Treasurer are the individuals with access to this data. They are committed to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the collected data.
Whenever personal data is collected, the user is informed of this and the reasons for the collection. Their consent to the collection of their personal data is requested. They may request access to the personal data provided, its rectification or erasure, a restriction of processing, or an objection to its processing, as well as its portability.
Data retention is limited in time. Its duration varies depending on the reasons for collection: short duration for data relating to an exchange of information with a user (13 months maximum), longer or even tacitly renewed for those relating to members, volunteers and donors of the Association.
The personal data collected on the Enfants de Kanji website are as follows: surname or company name, email address, postal address, telephone number, payment method and transaction details.
